Ages 6-10

Team Summit Developmental group has a lot of fun on the mountain while seeking to improve each child’s snowboarding technique over the course of an entire season with an introduction to all mountain riding.

Groups are divided by age and ability with particular attention paid to appropriate peer and athletic combinations. A low athlete to coach ratio provides every athlete with ample attention, instructional time, and supervision. Skills are strengthened through exposure to varied activities including: miles of supervised free riding, obstacle courses, moguls, powder (hopefully!), terrain parks and short tree courses.

Choose between two locations:

• Copper Mountain
• Keystone

What is required before hitting the slopes:

• USSA Youth Competitor License
• Team Summit Jacket
• Vail Resorts Epic Locals Pass or Copper Mountain Season Pass, depending on home mountain

*No training during President’s Day weekend
