Ages 13 and up
The Elite Impact Team is designed for athletes who are USSA/FIS competitors.
The rider will train 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. Also Saturdays and Sundays
The training schedule is the same as the Early Release and competitive programs but includes a one-on-one private session with one of our professional coaches.
This private day will focus on advanced specific maneuvers, marketing questions and techniques for their specific discipline. This includes, Slope Style, 1/2 Pipe and / or Boarder-Cross. Also, Race Training in Giant Slalom and Slalom is available.
Each athlete is expected to work with their coach to set up a portfolio that includes; training, video, photographs and portfolio management.
Travel is also a big part of the Elite Impact Team as athletes will travel to professional level events and international competitions. We will provide competition support at these events.
Athletes wanting to participate in this program must meet all minimum requirements.

Eligibility for the Elite Impact Program
- What is required to participate in Summit County Schools Academic Athlete Elite Impact program:
- Athletes must maintain a 75 percent grade in every class on the prior quarter report card
- No credits or refunds will be issued due to missed training days caused by academic ineligibility
- Must participate in the Team Summit Colorado Strength and Conditioning Assessment and maintain 80 percent attendance for all conditioning sessions and on snow training
- All Early Release athletes riding in Team Summit vans must purchase an in-county transportation pass for daily pickups and drop-offs at school. Transportation Pass price: $600
Eligibility:
- A minimum of two podium finishes in prior year at local competitions (in the discipline of your specialization)
- Athlete must be 14 or older and demonstrate a positive, cooperative, dedicated and hard-working attitude
- Receive a recommendation from prior years coach
- Participate in an evaluation with Sasha Nations
- Top Ten finish in one of the following
- USASA Nationals
- Revolution tour
- Grand Prix/ NorAm
- The cost of travel and competitions for both the athlete and coaches will be in addition to your program fees
What is Required:
- Athletes must attend scheduled conditioning sessions unless otherwise excused
- Athletes may not leave school grounds without permission and without notifying Summit High School, Team Summit staff and/or coaches
- Rules apply for both fall and spring conditioning programs
- Failure to comply is a violation of Team Summit Colorado Code of Conduct and Summit County School System rules
