Ages 7-13
Team Summit’s Up and Comers program includes skill development, miles of structured free snowboarding in all terrain and conditions, entry-level competitions and of course, fun.
The Up and Comers program adds six Sundays of Snowboarding compared to the Day Rider program. Up and Comer athletes are encouraged to compete in a few select USASA competitions in each competitive snowboard discipline.
Our goal is to introduce and teach the fundamentals of snowboarding early so that young athletes develop the right habits and techniques now so as they progress through the programs, they are on par with their peers.
Groups are divided thoughtfully by age and ability. And with a low athlete to coach ratio, each athlete receives ample attention, instructional time and supervision.
