Ages 12 and up
The Weekend Competitive program starts on-snow training later to accommodate for athlete’s other commitments and conflicts.
The Weekend Competition program trains on Saturdays only during the early season, and then beginners train both Saturdays and Sundays in January to help further develop each athlete’s board control and competitive skills. Weekend Competitive athletes are encouraged to compete in the USASA series competitions, in the discipline of their choice.
Weekend Competitive athletes are introduced to a competitive, goal-oriented environment that includes physical conditioning, competitive snowboarding, technical and tactical skills training, equipment management and miles of fun-structured free snowboarding.
Groups are divided thoughtfully by age, ability and discipline. And with a low athlete to coach ratio, each athlete receives ample attention, instructional time and supervision.
