Ella Kirschner is December's Athlete of the Month. She is a Mogul skier in our Academy program and goes to Summit Middle School.  She arrives at training early every day with a huge smile as well as friendly and welcoming interactions with all of her teammates. She works hard at making the improvements her coaches are looking for all while enjoying the environment she is in. With the unique challenges of this season, Ella came up with the idea of making the ribbons and medals that are lacking this season after all of the competitions. Ella has taken on the task of constructing all of the awards and handing them out during training sessions. This important piece of the competitive scene helps encourage and recognize the efforts of her teammates. I'm proud to nominate Ella Kirshner for Team Summit's athlete of the month knowing that she demonstrates all of Team Summit's core values.
