Welcome to Family Orientation 2019! This is an amazing opportunity for everyone to gather information regarding your program, meet Team Summit’s staff, and preview what our season will look like.
Below you will find the most pertinent information regarding the event including the schedule, jacket pick-up, parking, impact testing, transportation and where to get additional information.
We look forward to meeting all of you this Saturday!

JACKET PICK UP
Jacket pick up will be available during limited hours
Hours:
10:30am - 2:00pm
3:30pm - 5:00pm
ALL waivers must be signed in CampMinder prior to Jacket Pickup. These include waivers for:
1. Team Summit
2. Copper Mountain Resort
3. Vail Resorts
*Please Note: ALL waivers must be signed regardless of where your young athlete will be skiing and/or riding.
If your athlete is starting their program this Saturday, we recommend bringing an alternate Jacket as Jacket pick-up occurs after they have left to go on hill.
TUITION PAYMENTS
Payment in full was due by October 15th, 2019. For those opting to extend payments through December 15th, a $50 monthly processing fee will be added to your account. All balances must be paid in full by December 15th, 2019.
Please consider making your payment at orientation via check or cash to receive a 2% payment discount. Alternatively, payments can be made by credit card through CampMinder.

IMPACT TESTING
Vail-Summit Orthopaedics (VSO) will be facilitating baseline IMPACT Testing for all athletes over the age of 12 at the start of the season. New tests are recommended annually. Each athlete needs to bring their laptop and $15 cash or check only - Payment accepted at the VSO table at Family Orientation.

Our partners make what we do possible! Several of them will be at Family Orientation with exclusive discounts and services for our Team Summit Community!
Team Summit Programs:
When is Ski Ball? How do I sign up for VSF hours? What is Academy? All these questions and more can be answered at our volunteer table!
Membership Questions:
Our amazing Membership Manager and Bookkeeper will be on site to help with payment, answer membership questions, or dole out high fives.
PARKING
Free Parking is available in the Alpine Lot with bus service from Alpine Lot to Center Village via the Blue Line or Copper Line (orange).
From there, it is a short walk to the conference Center. (Located near Downhill Dukes, between the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts.)

SEASON PASS PICKUP
Copper:
The 19/20 Copper Mountain Resort Pass is available for $100. Passes may be picked up at Guest Services in Center Village (near Camp Hale Outfitters). Please have your Copper Voucher Number and printed Copper Waiver with you at pick up.
Woodward:
The 19/20 Woodward Barn Season Pass is now available for $150 in conjunction with a Copper Mountain Resort or IKON season pass.
Passes can be purchased at Guest Services in Center Village (near Camp Hale Outfitters).
Please have your Copper Voucher Number ready as proof of your participation in Team Summit.
*This discounted Barn Pass is an add-on feature only.
Team Summit Pass:
(NOT AVAILABLE AT ORIENTATION)
You should have received an email from membership@teamsummit.org with a letter to print and take to the pass offices at either Keystone or Breckenridge Resorts. The letter entitles you to a Team Summit priced pass for both Keystone and Breckenridge with 10 restricted days at Vail or Beaver Creek.
*Please note, this is not an EPIC Local Pass; it is a unique product made specifically for your athlete!
Arapahoe Basin:
(NOT AVAILABLE AT ORIENTATION)
Please visit CampMinder to download the “19/20 Athlete Arapahoe Basin Discounted Pass” form. This form must be printed out, completed, and handed in at Guest Services at Arapahoe Basin to receive a discounted pass for $100.
