The Many Many Ways to Support Team Summit
From volunteering to donating, to participating in virtual events, to linking your Amazon account, there are countless ways to support your athlete's team.
Team Summit spends countless hours supporting our local ski and snowboarding community. (Actually it's over 7000+ hours between December and April, but who's counting). Every year, Team Summit hosts competitions to keep travel costs down for our local and Front Range families; we organize and dispatch volunteers to help with community need programs; we work tirelessly to support our partner resorts; and do so much more! "We swing way out of our league when you compare everything we do to our the small size of our staff and budget," says Phil K, the Team Summit Events Manager and Volunteer Coordinator.
As we enter the 20/21 season, we are faced with unique challenges and opportunities. Several fundraising events have been canceled since February 2020. While we have shifted and created some virtual events, we are still falling short of what we would like to provide in scholarships to our community. This is amplified by the record number of scholarship applications we saw this year.
Through donations and participation in Team Summit events, we will be able to reach our goals and support our local families and community. Below are several ways you can help our team and community.
Volunteer - VSF
When you registered for Team Summit, a Volunteer Service Fee was added to your account. This serves as an incentive for parents to be more involved in Team Summit's Community.
Team Summit hosts community events such as our Ski Swap, Youth Ski League races, our FREE Summit Cup races, Movie Nights, and much much more. We cannot put on these events without the support of our community.
Volunteer Service Fee(VSF) Hours Requirements:
All Intro/101 programs: 25 hours for $250 per family
All other programs: 30 hours for $300 per family

Join our Events (like the Annual Ski Ball)
Every year for the last 40 years, we have put on our best attire and gone out to celebrate the start of winter with our Annual Ski Ball. With the continued of COVID-19, we were forced to reimagine what Ski Ball could look like. This provided an amazing new opportunity to open the gala to everyone who wanted to join.
TICKETS TO THE VIRTUAL GALA ARE COMPLIMENTARY! This includes general programming as well as access to our live and silent auctions.

King Soopers & City Market

Do you shop at City Market or King Soopers? The stores have changed how they give to nonprofits. In the past, you needed to reload your team card for the team to get credit.
Now, you just need to link your loyalty card online and that is all.

Once logged into their King Soopers or City Market account search for Team Summit Colorado either by name or AQ976 and then click "Enroll." New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a loyalty card.
*Customers must have a registered King Soopers or City Market loyalty card account to link
**If a member does not yet have a King Soopers or City Market loyalty card, they are available at the customer service desk at any King Soopers or City Market.
REMEMBER, purchases will not count for your organization until after your participants register their loyalty card. Participants must swipe their registered King Soopers or City Market loyalty card or use the phone number that is related to their registered King Soopers or City Market loyalty card when shopping for each purchase to count.
Purchase Logo Wear
We have logo wear available for purchase online. This is a program meant to support our community with scholarships and funds for community needs.
General Donations
Team Summit Colorado is officially a 501 c(3). This means much of what we are able to do comes directly from donations from people like you.
We also have a wishlist available on our Online Store. There you can either view items we are looking for to improve the experience of our athletes or simply help us with funds to help our directors and coaches purchase these items for their athletes.
Do you have a great idea for a Ski Ball Auction Item? We are collecting donations for auction items, wine pull, and more all year long. Contact event@teamsummit.org for ideas to donate items.
Summit Society
The Summit Society is a donor recognition program for Team Summit Colorado’s most generous supporters. Donors who have given $500 or more to the Annual Giving Campaign in a fiscal year will receive member benefits.
