Spring Programs Spring Indoor Cycling and Strength Program The goal of the spring indoor cycling and strength program is to maximize athletic performance and reduce injuries encountered during participation in all sports. Nordic – RMN JNQ #1 and #2 – Dec 17th/18th

Team Summit Nordic sent 29 athletes to Crested Butte last weekend. Women’s Aspen FIS SL

Women’s Aspen FIS SL  On 12/19 Team Summit raced two Slalom FIS races in Aspen. We had four girls at the start and finished the day with 3 junior (U21) podiums. Big Mountain Skiing Update – Holiday Training and Regional Registration

Holiday Training With the holidays on the horizon, we'll have different training opportunities in the coming weeks.  Since Christmas and New Year fall on weekends, we will utilize some mid-week training blocks. Good Afternoon- December is on the horizon, and so is some snowfall.  Models are looking pretty good for some snow at our local mountains, so hopefully we can step into the upcoming weekend with more terrain! The time has come for all of us to get on snow!  The academy team has been skiing Copper the last couple of days and there is some good skiing to be had, and so we will kick off our season there!
