October Updates from Snowboard Division

Hey Everyone! The leaves are turning and the excitement is in the air.  We have a lot of events coming up these next few weeks.  Next Sunday, Oct. 5th at 1pm, we will be coming down to Denver for the Washington Park Strength and Conditioning day.  The whole event will be around 2 hours.   We meet in the area of Ohio and Downing.   On Friday, Oct. 4th we will be at the First Friday event in the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center.  Silverthorne will be showing the new Absinthe Snowboard movie as well as Bode Meril's film Contrast.  It will be a fun...

Freeski News – Oct. 1st, 2019 Happy October! That means many of us will be on snow within the month. Enjoy the Fall weather snow is on the way! Dryland Training proceeds with abandon, TS Academy athletes are getting stronger by the day, our full-time skiers are moving into a gymnastics and trampoline focus this month with a continued mixed with weight training and cardio in preparation for the season ahead.
