About the Role
Join the Intro to Team Summit Snowboard coaching staff to share your passion for snowboarding with young athletes while balancing safety, learning, and fun. Coaches create a positive team environment, communicate regularly with parents, support Team Summit community events, and participate in coach training and professional development. The season runs December through the end of March.Compensation
$140–$170 per dayBenefits
- Ski pass included, plus access to Team Summit Colorado’s part-time employee benefits.
- All required certifications, including CDC Heads Up TBI, SafeSport, and CPR/First Aid, are paid for by Team Summit Colorado.
Qualifications
- Previous snowboard instructing or coaching experience required.
- AASI Level 2 certification or higher preferred.
- Must complete CDC Heads Up Traumatic Brain Injury, SafeSport, and CPR/First Aid certifications prior to the first day. Team Summit covers the cost.
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays, December through the end of March.
