Job Title: Snowboard Coach — Competitive Program
Location: Summit County, CO / On-site (mountain-based)
Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
About the Role
Coach competitive snowboard athletes in a fun, safe, and challenging environment. Responsibilities include planning and leading daily training, supporting athlete development, promoting a positive team culture, and helping athletes progress toward their individual goals. The role also includes communicating regularly with parents, supporting Team Summit community events, and participating in coach training and professional development. The season runs November through the end of March, with some programs extending into April.Compensation
$150–$180 per dayBenefits
- Ski pass included, plus access to Team Summit Colorado’s part-time employee benefits.
- All required certifications, including CDC Heads Up TBI, SafeSport, and CPR/First Aid, are paid for by Team Summit Colorado.
Qualifications
- Previous snowboard instructing or coaching experience required.
- AASI Level 2 certification or higher preferred.
- Must complete CDC Heads Up Traumatic Brain Injury, SafeSport, and CPR/First Aid certifications prior to the first day. Team Summit covers the cost.
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays, December through the end of March.
