Dear Team Summit Colorado Alpine Community:

Training is confirmed for June 3-17! Registration will be open from 5AM to 5PM on Tuesday, June 2nd through your Campminder account or by following the links from the camp information page here: https://teamsummit.org/join-team-summit/programs/camp.

Copper Mountain has provided a new Individual Liability Waiver which is being uploaded to Campminder and will be available beginning at 5:00AM Tuesday, June 2nd. If you have already registered, please return to your Campminder account after 5AM tomorrow to execute the updated release.

The Summit County Public Health Department has approved specific training protocols which are attached to this message. Also attached is the Team Summit COVID-19 Protocol. Any protocols with conflicting standards will revert to the more restrictive requirement. Parents are asked to review these protocols with their children. Athletes U16 and older are expected to review these personally.

In addition to completing your registration through Campminder, please review and confirm the days that you have reserved on the spring training worksheet found here:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G3i2877Q1eg-2eZJg4q3RzdUAoPhPTGiGk9Ap2LXSgs/edit?usp=sharing

It is critical that you have reserved each day you plan to attend as rosters must be provided daily in order to receive lift tickets and training access. If you had previously reserved dates and your plans have changed, please make those changes or remove your reservation. We have strict limits on the numbers of athletes and coaches who are participating in each session.

The final upload and download times have not been confirmed yet. After the close of registration at 5PM, Tuesday June 5, we will communicate the program for the following day’s drop-off, pick up, and additional training plans to the registered athletes. We are planning to begin with GS training for the 3rd-10th and SL Training for the 11th-17th.

Please be sure to have the following items ready.
Face covering
Individual sanitizer
Properly prepared equipment for the day’s training

*Lift tickets will be distributed daily. Passes are not valid.

Thank you again for acting so quickly to meet these requests and helping us with our organization for this training opportunity.
