Kathy Christina has deep roots in the Summit County community, serving as a board or advisory member of many non-profits throughout the county in addition to owning and operating a real estate company and a real estate consulting business which includes private/public education and start-up management.

Known for her creativity in housing solutions and her ability to find resources and investment opportunities, she brings an extensive background to benefit her Real Estate clients. With a diverse career in establishing and operating companies in industries from resort management to construction to real estate, Kathy is also bringing
her entrepreneur experience to local non-profits, start-ups and economic development as well as community housing efforts in mountain resort towns. Partnerships, consulting and working on the big picture of companies; starting with the “why”, building the product or process and integrating sustainable programs and creative growth
policies via sound operations, strategic branding and community engagement is the heart and soul of her current projects and efforts.

Kathy is the founder/owner of Mountain Metro Real Estate and has recently been voted Realtor of the Year for Summit and Park County. She has led the Summit Association of Realtors as both President of the Association and as President of the MLS – the tech side of Real Estate!

Kathy led the SAR Board of Directors in the creation of new
policies and procedures; a Realtor Specialist educational program and integration of a new MLS platform during her tenures. She is very engaged at the local, State and National levels regarding housing policy and the impact of Real Estate within the mountain communities.

Known for her volunteerism and ability to find resources and connections to advance non-profit organizations, Kathy is enthusiastic and excited to contribute to the future of the youth at Team Summit.
