Intro to Nordic Skiing

Introductory program for athletes ages 7–11 who want to learn both skate and classic techniques while having fun. ITS 1 athletes focus on fun while learning the basic gears in both disciplines. ITS Level 2 is for young athletes with experience in both skate and classic techniques. ITS Level 2 has an emphasis on developing both skills and fitness, while still having fun and advancing skills. Team Summit Explorers Team Summit Explorers is a half-day program designed to introduce young skiers (ages 4–7) to the slopes. Over 10 weeks, participants will learn basic skiing skills, explore the mountain, and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
