Dear Alpine Academy Athletes and all FIS and U16 Athletes and Parents:
This week we will take a break from the Conditioning Zooms. The Summer Conditioning program will begin Monday, June 29 in-person on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The twice-weekly Zoom Conditioning will resume every Tuesday and Thursday beginning Tuesday, June 30. Both programs will continue through August 18.
