SKI RACING DEVO

This program develops ski racing fundamentals through free skiing, drills, and gate training (Slalom, GS, Kombi). Race weekends and YSL competitions (3 races) included. Choose your training location: Copper Mtn, Keystone, or Breckenridge. Requirements:
  • Age Categories: U8 (7 or younger), U10 (8-9), U12 (10-11); based on age as of Dec 31, 2026.
  • Skills: PSIA Level 7—parallel skiing on blue/black terrain; high level of independence to ride chairlifts and navigate the training venue solo. 
  • Program Dates: Saturday and Sunday 8:30-3:30 Dec 12, 2026 – March 21, 2027 Friday Night Lights at Keystone 4:00-7:00 PM Jan 8, 2027 – March 19, 2027 
  • Locations: Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone; training primarily at home mountain.
  • Competitions: 3 YSL races (Giant Slalom, Stubby Slalom, Kombi, Skills Quest); USSS Alpine Competitor license required.

  • Program Fees:
    • $3,775.00
    • + $400 Volunteer Service Fee.
  • Season Pass: Athletes need either a Copper/Ikon Pass or an Epic Pass for home mountain training, plus an Epic Pass if they train at Copper and want to join the optional Friday night skiing at Keystone. Registered athletes will receive discount vouchers for Copper Mountain, and the Epic Local Pass. Ikon Pass offers season-long pricing at its lowest pre-season price. Vouchers are distributed to registered athletes close to the start of the season.
