FREESKI COACH

Collaborate with the Freeski Program Director on various tasks, communicate effectively, implement and adapt training plans, manage athlete tracking and goal-setting, assist with orientation, fundraising, and recruitment, while meeting qualifications for experience and certifications, with a schedule from mid-October to end of April, including weekends, and compensation based on experience with full-time seasonal benefits.

FREESKI DEVELOPMENT COACH

Salary is $125 per day based on experience and qualifications, with prior instructing, coaching, or competing experience required, along with a USSA Coaching License “Fast Start” and CDC “Heads Up” Traumatic Brain Injury course, for a seasonal role working Saturdays and Sundays from December 1 to March 30, including additional days if needed, involving communication through weekly group emails, conducting scheduled training sessions, executing training plans, working with parents and athletes on competition plans, and performing additional duties such as assisting with fundraising, competitions, athlete meetings, evaluations, equipment maintenance, and camps.

PARK & PIPE DEVELOPMENT SKI COACH

We are hiring a part-time park and pipe coach to help young athletes develop in this discipline, with previous coaching or competition experience preferred and a process-oriented coaching philosophy required, and must have a passion for park and pipe skiing; qualifications include prior instructing or coaching experience, with certifications such as the US Ski & Snowboard Coaching License, CDC Heads Up Traumatic Brain Injury course, SafeSport certificate, and CPR & First Aid obtainable within the first year; the role runs from mid-November to April, including Saturdays and Sundays, weekly emails, and special events as needed, with compensation based on experience and full-time seasonal benefits.

INTRO TO TEAM SUMMIT SNOWBOARD COACH

This part-time position is for Saturday programs with potential additional days, where you’ll join the Intro to Team Summit Snowboard Coaches to share your passion with young athletes while balancing safety, learning, and fun, and communicating regularly with parents; you’ll also support community events and attend training for career advancement, with all certifications paid for by Team Summit Colorado; the role runs from December to the end of March, requires prior instructing or coaching experience, preferably AASI Level 2 or higher, and the ability to obtain CDC Heads Up Traumatic Brain Injury, SafeSport, and CPR & First Aid certifications within the first year; benefits include a ski pass and access to TSC PT benefits.

INTRO TO TEAM SUMMIT SKI COACH

This part-time position is for Saturday and/or Sunday programs, with potential additional days, where you’ll join the Intro to Team Summit Coaches to share your skiing passion with young athletes while balancing safety, learning, and fun, communicating with parents before on-hill training, supporting community events, and attending career advancement trainings, with certifications paid for by Team Summit Colorado; the role runs from December to March, requires prior instructing or coaching experience, preferably PSIA or similar, and the willingness to obtain CDC Heads Up, SafeSport, and CPR & First Aid certifications within the first year, with certificate expenses reimbursed by Team Summit Colorado; benefits include ski pass(es), access to part-time benefits, and accident insurance.

SNOWBOARD COACH

This position involves working with the Snowboard Program Director to manage video, radio, and course setup, communicating effectively with athletes, parents, and the Program Director, implementing training plans based on conditions, and addressing safety concerns; additional tasks include athlete tracking, organizing orientations, sending weekly group emails, assisting with fundraising and recruitment, and conducting goal-setting sessions; qualifications include prior instructing or coaching experience, with a US Ski & Snowboard Coaching License, CDC Heads Up, SafeSport, and CPR & First Aid certifications obtainable within the first year; the role runs from mid-October to April, requires working five days a week plus weekends, and includes full-time seasonal benefits with compensation based on experience.
