The final day of Summer Conditioning
Today’s conditioning session is the end of our Summer Conditioning Program. Following is a message from Al[pine Strength & Conditioning Coach Jack Farrelljack@teamsummit.org:
Hello athletes and parents,
I hope you are all doing well!
The following is a reminder that all summer conditioning will come to a close on Tuesday, August 18th. In-person conditioning at the Summit Middle School, and online Zoom conditioning will all end on Tuesday, August 18th.
Thank you for all of your participation in both the online Zoom workouts and/or the in-person workouts hosted at SMS. Those who participated all have made tremendous progress and I sincerely appreciate the time and dedication you have all put into the off-season conditioning program!
We will resume with in-person conditioning this fall after the school year has settled in and will communicate the details within the next few weeks. Thank you again for all of your hard work, dedication, and flexibility during these past months. I look forward to working with you all again soon! In the meantime, stay active, healthy, and strong!
– Jack
Fall Dryland Training

World Cup video is a great way to get ready for the coming season when you are not skiing. Having visual images of high-level athletes is a powerful learning tool that you will be able to apply when you have your skis on again.
A sampling of skiers and disciplines from last year’s World Cup races are available for you to view and download here: https://drive.google.com/driv
Please download the videos you would like to have access to so that you have them on your own device.
