Ability Program Conditioning Zoom
As a reminder: All Ability athletes (U16 and older in 2020-21) are invited to the first Team Summit Alpine Ability home conditioning session, via Zoom, on Thursday, April 16, from 3:30 until 4:00!
Before the conditioning session begins at 3:30, spend a half-hour (3:00-3:30) completing a quality dynamic warm-up.
10-15 minute jog/bike
5-10 minute foam roll
10 minute mobility walks
After you complete your warm-up, the workout will begin at 3:30 led by Jack over Zoom. It will consist of all body weight exercises...

Hey Team Summit families,
While many of us are staying at home, Team Summit will be putting out 3 workouts per week to help you keep moving. The workouts will utilize little or no special equipment, just an open area in any room. As athletes, we understand how difficult it is for you to sit still.
Please remember to warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to each exercise session. Drink plenty of water throughout each day and eat nutritious meals. When we get past this time you will be ready to hit the ground running!

Dear Team Summit Families,
We hope this letter finds you safe and not going stir crazy.
Here in Summit County, Team Summit continues to do our part in flattening the curve. As a sports organization, it is difficult to sit on the sidelines. We want to get back on snow asap, however, at the same time make sure that when we do return to training things don’t flare up again.
