Dear Team Summit Colorado Alpine Ability athletes, All Alpine parents and Alpine Coaching staff:   Team Summit has concluded a successful Mt. Hood Training Camp and returned home for the start of the school year.   Details on our conditioning programs and reminders about archived video follow.   We hope that all have had an enjoyable summer so far and enjoy the remainder through the Labor Day holiday!
