The Gravity Team will ride at the lift assist resorts and more technical terrain. Riders will focus on downhill and enduro skill development and compete in the Summit Gravity Series.
This year we will offer a Regional Comp Team and a Devo Team. The Regional Comp Team will be focused on more advanced riders and looking to compete at races across the region. The Devo Team will focus on local races as they develop their skills.
This program will also need a bike haul pass at Copper Mountain and Vail Resorts mountains (more details to come).
Pay: 135- 150.00 per day.
Seasonal FT: 32-40 hours per week

Assist with staff onboarding to track and ensure compliance with internal and external policy.
Create operational documents to support coaches in organizing and managing athletes and training groups.
Create media, both print and digital, to assist coaches, athletes and parents in understanding our programs and the logistics of our training sessions.
Provide a timely response to coach and parent emails about our programs.
Assist the the Director with preparing thorough and efficient information throughout the orientation process.
Collect, record and submit payroll each week
Record attendance for on snow training preseason and during the season
Assist with Summit Cup preparations.
Support the Director with communication, organization and logistics.
ITS Coaching on Saturday and Sunday, 8 am-3 pm for 15 weeks at 1 of our four mountains. This includes the coaching responsibilities: weekly emails to parents, completing Mid-season and End-of the-season evaluations. Attendance at coaches’ orientation at Copper on the first Saturday of November, Attend two days of pre-season on-snow clinics and clinics during the season.

Description
Hiring a part time park and pipe coach to help young athletes develop in the discipline. Previous coaching and/or competition experience preferred. Will aid young teenagers safely navigate terrain parks, competitive environments.
Process oriented coaching philosophy is a must.
Must love park and pipe skiing.

Salary: $ 125 day depending on experience, certifications and qualifications.
Qualifications: Prior experience instructing, coaching, or competing. USSA Coaching license “Fast Start” and CDC “Heads Up” Traumatic Brain Injury recognition course.
Duration: Seasonal - Saturdays and Sundays December 1- March 30 with additional days possible
Primary Duties:

2. Conduct Scheduled training from 8:00-3:30 or last athlete is picked up, and pending weather conditions and lift ops.
3. Execute an appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly Training Plan such as:
-Meet group
-Explain Daily Plan and Safety Tip
-Warm up/group stretch
-Skill Training/with feedback
-Lunch Supervision
-Revisit skill
-Cool down
-Review/wait for athlete pick up
4. Work with Parents and Athletes on an appropriate competition plan.
