Description
Hiring a part time park and pipe coach to help young athletes develop in the discipline. Previous coaching and/or competition experience preferred. Will aid young teenagers safely navigate terrain parks, competitive environments.
Process oriented coaching philosophy is a must.
Must love park and pipe skiing.

- All certifications/ requirements can be completed upon hiring. There are no prior-level certifications required.

Salary: $ 125 day depending on experience, certifications and qualifications.
Qualifications: Prior experience instructing, coaching, or competing. USSA Coaching license “Fast Start” and CDC “Heads Up” Traumatic Brain Injury recognition course.
Duration: Seasonal - Saturdays and Sundays December 1- March 30 with additional days possible
Primary Duties:
1. Communication:

2. Conduct Scheduled training from 8:00-3:30 or last athlete is picked up, and pending weather conditions and lift ops.
3. Execute an appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly Training Plan such as:
-Meet group
-Explain Daily Plan and Safety Tip
-Warm up/group stretch
-Skill Training/with feedback
-Lunch Supervision
-Revisit skill
-Cool down
-Review/wait for athlete pick up
4. Work with Parents and Athletes on an appropriate competition plan.

Location: Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone - Summit County, CO
Salary: $3000/month (off season hourly pay $25)
Commitment: Admin during the week / Coaching on the weekends
Reports To: ITS Coach / Administrative Assistant will report to the ITS Program Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Ski Coach. This unique role combines administrative responsibilities with coaching duties, offering the opportunity to contribute to our organization's operational efficiency and the development of aspiring skiers.
Responsibilities & Administrative Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Intro to Team Summit Program
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Manage communication, organization, and logistics effectively.
Handle correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Ability to become proficient with Playmetrics (our sports management software)
Ability to use all Google formats (forms, sheets, slides, etc)
Ski Coaching Duties:
Conduct training sessions and monitor athlete’s progress.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during ski activities.
Offer guidance and feedback to help athletes improve their technique and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Google formats (slides, forms, sheets, etc).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Passion for skiing and previous coaching experience preferred.
Prior experience instructing, coaching or participation in competitions (or willingness to obtain certification).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
