Message from Jack Farrell

What to Bring: Water, healthy snacks, running shoes, athletic wear, jacket, rain gear, sunscreen, and a positive attitude! What is Dryland? Off-season training for skiers and snowboarders to build fitness and reduce the risk of injury. What to Expect: Dynamic warm-ups, agility drills, games (soccer, ultimate frisbee, speedball), tumbling skills, and a team relay obstacle course. These sessions are designed to be fun, challenging, and ski/snowboard specific. Let’s get pumped for the season! — Jack Farrell Human Performance Director jack@teamsummit.org
