Dryland Days

Team Summit Dryland Training is the off-season training skiers and snowboarders do to build strength, agility, and endurance — and to reduce the risk of injury before the season begins.

Dates

What to Expect

  • Dynamic warm-up to get moving
  • Exercise stations: agility drills, jumps, tumbling/gymnastics basics
  • Games: soccer, ultimate frisbee, speedball, and more
  • Team relay obstacle course to wrap up the session

What to Bring

  • Plenty of water and healthy snacks
  • Running shoes and athletic shorts/pants
  • Jacket, rain jacket, sunscreen, and extra layers (training is outside)
  • A positive attitude
Note: Dryland is held outside — please dress for the weather.

Waivers & Guests

Important: Waivers are required to participate. Athletes may bring a friend, but friends must sign up and complete both the Team Summit and Frisco Adventure Park waivers before participating. 👉 Sign up & Complete Waivers
