Forrest Woodard Receives the Bobby Brown Award

Team Summit is proud to recognize Forrest Woodard as this year’s recipient of the Bobby Brown Award. Forrest led this year’s Park & Pipe field, which also included nominees Teigen Searcy and Sofia Gorbounov. Named in honor of one of the discipline’s greatest competitors, the Bobby Brown Award recognizes an athlete who demonstrated excellence throughout the season. Forrest’s results and overall performance in Team Summit’s Park & Pipe program made him this year’s standout choice.

About the Bobby Brown Award

Bobby Brown is one of the hardest-working athletes to come through Team Summit and went on to become one of the most successful park skiers in the sport. He competed in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi and earned seven X Games medals, including four gold medals. Bobby continues to give back to Team Summit by attending ski camps and supporting team fundraising events. Congratulations to Forrest, Teigen, and Sofia on an outstanding season.
