Hi Team Summit Families!

We hope that you are all getting excited for the winter season! The snow we've had this week in Summit County has certainly made things seem real for sure.

I wanted to take this opportunity to mention a few things that may be on your mind as you start to plan for an epic season. I'll apologize in advance for the length of this email. 

The Team Summit admin office has moved to a new location in Snowbridge Square in Copper Mountain. We are excited to be in the same building as the Rosener Human Performance Center.  Our physical address is 760 Copper Rd #D102. Our mailing address has not changed and remains 800 Copper Rd #3307, Copper Mountain 80443. Please note that mail will not be received if addressed to our physical location.

Our Membership Manager recently reached out to everyone at Team Summit Colorado.

Team Summit does not have discounted parking offers at any of our partner resorts. Most of our partner resorts have free parking available and 15 minute drop off spots.

Our athlete jacket order has been delayed this year and we have had a significant increase in new athlete enrollments. We are hoping the new jackets arrive before Christmas but we do not have a guarantee despite placing the order in February. If your athlete has a jacket from last year that still fits, we recommend hanging onto it this year. We really appreciate your patience with jackets this season.

Tuition payments are due on Friday, October 15th. Please log into Campminder and make payment via Financial Management. If you have any issues logging in, please do not hesitate to contact

Back by popular demand, Family Orientation will be held virtually again this year. We will host Team Summit wide sessions followed by individual discipline sessions on Saturday, November 13th, 2021 at 9am. Information about this session and all Team Summit Events will be posted soon on the EVENTS page of our website:

Family Orientation

The Volunteer Service Fee (VSF) is a work deposit charged to each family (not athlete) in the program.  The goal of the VSF is to promote volunteerism for fundraising events, races, and special projects. As a non-profit, volunteer service helps Team Summit keep costs down while creating community amongst members, directly bene ting each member of Team Summit Colorado. This fee is automatically added to your account upon program registration. There are many opportunities to volunteer for TSC during the season in return for a VSF refund at the end of the season. To sign up for current opportunities, please log into Campminder and click on Volunteer.
