The Director’s Award is consistently a difficult decision to make.  Board Members spend countless hours ensuring Team Summit Colorado is able to continue its legacy of affordable and accessible youth development programs for our community.
This season’s winner is Abby Dvorkin.  This is her first season with Team Summit and she has hit the ground running.

Known for her infectious energy and a huge smile, Abby is someone you want on your team.  She brings such a positive energy to each task she sets her mind to.  It is always a blessing to work with Abby as she just seems to make the job more fun.

As a former Team Summit Athlete, Abby understands it is our community that makes us strong. This is why she takes the extra time to help at community events.  She is seemingly everywhere and always offering a hand (even when you know she has other places to be).

Abby Dvorkin has very much thrust herself into what we do at Team Summit Colorado.  We are excited for everything you have brought to us this year.  We look forward to all you will do to benefit our community.
