Josh has consistently gone above and beyond every year for the past 6 seasons. This season alone josh drove to aspen 3 times in one week. Hiked to the top of the slope course to help a snowboarder practice for Rev tour at Buttermilk when discount tickets were not available. He is available to his riders almost any time of day.
As the leader of the FIS snowboard program, he helped a rider win the Rev Tour Overall in Slope, and helped some of the younger boys take their training to the next level while teaching them to land runs in their first FIS contests. Josh has taught the kids in the FIS program the importance of being a good role model to the younger groups and live the core values of Team Summit.
