Wakeboard Trip - Sept. 16-18th

#

Hey everybody,

It is back-to-school season and time to start thinking about snow (even though a bunch of us just got off snow last week).  Academy training will start just after Labor day.  More info on that later.  The Woodward barn is open Wed-Sunday, and season passes are on sale so that we will get back in there on Saturdays, to roller board, after labor day as well.

Wakeboard Trip (sign up in Camp minder if you have never signed up for a camp before, it's tricky. There is a video link at the bottom)

We will again be heading back out to Fruita to do the wakeboard park.  Wakeboarding is good cross-training, but equally as important, this is a fun trip, and quality team building takes place on the little trips.  Building a strong team early in the season helps the riders feel comfortable in the start gate with a strong support crew through the snowboard season.

Imondi is a cable system wakeboard park.  It is very beginner friendly.  Kids can start with a beginner lesson if needed.  The inflatables will not be up when we go in September, so kids need to be prepared to wakeboard.

We will leave after school on Friday, Sept. 16th (2 pm academy is out at 1:30 pm).  We will be on the water at 10 am on Saturday and stay all day.  We will be on the water from 10-2 on Sunday and then drive home.  We will arrive back in Summit between 6&7pm.  Kids traveling in the van and lodging with the team will need their own money for food while traveling.  This is 2 dinners and maybe a lunch.  Food will be provided for the kids all day Saturday and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday if they are traveling and lodging with the team.
